Palm Beach Food and Wine Fest 2015

The 2015 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival will take place this year from Thursday, December 10 through Sunday, December 13. The four-day event is an incredible opportunity to taste the flavors of culinary talent in the Palm Beach Area, and we’ve got all of the details for the weekend right here.

Scheduling and Tickets

The schedule for the event depends on how involved you want to be in the weekend’s festivities. The first ticket option is the PBFWF Passport, which allows you to attend every event and save 25%. The list of included events is as follows: Miami Takeover, The First Bite, Late Night Rock, Chef Welcome Party, Street Food, Chillin’ N’ Grillin’, After Hours with David Burke, and the Daniel & Friends and 9th Annual Grand Tasting. This event, unfortunately, has already sold out.

The second option is the PBFWF Pick 4. This ticket allows you to choose four of the events and save 20%. The list of included events is as follows: Miami Takeover, SUSTAIN, Late Night Rock, After Hours with David Burke, Chillin’ N’ Grillin’, Daniel & Friends and 9th Annual Grand Tasting. Pricing for each of these events ranges from $60 per person up to $128 per person.

The third option is the Four Seasons’ TASTE. This ticket allows you to attend three events— Chillin’ N’ Grilling, Lane Night Rock, and Street Food—and save 15%. The total price for this ticket per person is $276.25.

The purpose of a food and wine event is to enjoy the expertise of your local food and wine experts. A few of the local experts you’ll get to know during this weekend event include the following:

Mariya Kovacheva

As a wine-growing and -making expert and head sommelière at Café Boulud, Mariya Kovacheva has been in the industry for years. As an overseer of the wine program at Café Boulud, she has experience working with a cellar of over 500 selections that has been awarded Wine Spectator magazine Best of Award of Excellence since 2004.

David Burke

Top Chef Masters participant David Burke has enjoyed an award-winning 25-year culinary career. He was awarded a US patent in 2011 for his unique process for dry-aging steaks with pink Himalayan salt. In 2015, he joined ESquared Hospitality to further grow his hospitality group.

Virginia Philip, MS

Master sommelier of the iconic The Breakers Palm Beach, Virginia Philip offers a profound understanding of wine. She had appeared on the Food Network and TODAY and been recognized in national magazines such as Wine, Town & Country, Wine Spectator, and Food & Wine.
