The car had issues that no one told me about they said it “passed the safety check” but the car was making noise days later as I drove the car pushed me to the right had to pay over $1000 to get it fixed and it still has more issues

Jarred was the best. I was referred to him from Michelle, my service tech for the last several yrs. I was apprehensive at first thinking I’m going to get a pushy sales person. Jarred was kind, patient, thorough, personable & not pushy. I went 2 days later and bought a CRV hybrid which I absolutely love. I’ve been going to this location for 4 years and feel comfortable & am treated well each time. While didn’t take the insurance there, Sebastian Rivera was great. He was kind & helpful. He even gave my mom a breakfast bar as we were there for hours & I was worried she hadn’t eaten, Shout out to Alyin Fernandez who did the final paperwork & collected the money. It was a great experience with the sales representative and the sales manager, Prince and Edward, but unfortunately, it was the worst experience with the finance department. They lied to me and was very dishonest. My next steps is to go on Google and to alert everybody about the finance department at Braman Honda Because the ex extremely dishonest.. I was told by the finance manager told me that I was going to get two oil changes and tire rotation and one cabin air filter free and then when I look at the contract, he goes and ads $377 plus tax for exactly that he lied to me and was extremely dishonest after that I spoke to the finance manager and I told him what Had happen and what he was he going to do to make this right and he offered me two oil changes and tire rotations well I am no bigger. He can keep his oil change tire rotation, but I’m gonna let the public know they have to be on alert and be vigilant when being at the finance department at Braman Honda because they are so corrupt and dishonest!

Very disappointed with my experience at Honda of Greenacres. I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic there in September and have been a customer since 2009. The salesperson who helped me with the car was great, but my experience with the finance department was extremely frustrating. In September I asked to cancel my GAP insurance, and the finance manager, Samuel, told me I had to wait until the first bill before it could be canceled. In December I returned to cancel it, and another employee, Xavier, helped with the process and told me it would take 6–8 weeks. Months later I went back to check the status and found out the GAP insurance had not been canceled. Samuel initially told me it was canceled, but after checking the system he asked if I had a copy of the cancellation. After being a loyal customer since 2009, this experience was very disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere.

Salesperson Parker Kelly was polite and not pushy.5 stars!He did his best to answer my questions and tried hard to help me solve the inconveniences that came up during my car buying experience at Braman Honda.The only thing Mr. Kelley didn't mention to me was that dealership wouldn't take a digital sight draft from my bank as a form of payment, which made me come back to the dealership once again. On the other hand, the financial person didn't mention anything about the sight draft either, and the manager tried to talk me into using one of their banks to buy the vehicle. On the other hand, the dealership didn't have the car ready for showing it to me, even when I told Ms. Lady Trenco on the phone that I would be there at 5 pm.Amazing! My rating:5 stars for Parker K, 3 for the dealership.
