Halloween Events West Palm Beach
If you had to choose a favorite holiday, what would it be and why? One of our favorites is definitely Halloween. Known as one of the spookiest nights of the year, it’s a perfect time for some nighttime fun.
West Palm Beach, FL, has a diverse population, which means there are events perfect for everyone! Here’s a list of the top five Halloween Events in the area from Braman Honda of Palm Beach.
MoonFest West Palm Beach
October 31 from 8 pm until 2 am on Clematis Street
This annual Halloween-themed block party brings in over 50,000 people each year and is the biggest in the US.
The festival features live music on three stages between the 100 and 500 blocks of Clematis Street, a parade of supernatural figures, body-painted models, a zombie crawl, laser lights, and a huge selection of delicious food and drinks in the food truck pavilion.
The event is ticketed, so you’ll have to prepare in advance if you plan to attend.
Clematis by Fright
October 29 from 6 to 9 pm at West Palm Beach Waterfront
Enjoy live music from local favorite Taylor Road and an incredible festival. This event is free fun for the whole family. The Haunted Hallows was such a hit that it will be returning this year. It’s perfect for kiddos looking for a safe place to trick-or-treat.

Annual Scarecrow Festival & Contest
October 17 from 2 to 5 at the Johnson History Museum
For just $10 per person, the whole family can enjoy the Historical Society of Palm Beach County’s Annual Scarecrow Festival. This non-spooky but perfectly Halloween-themed event will a scarecrow contest, games, arts and crafts, a pie eating contest for the kiddos, a bake sale, and corn husk doll making. The event will also feature a scavenger hunt, pumpkin decorating, and live music.
Select Dates at Yesteryear Village in the South Florida Fairgrounds
Finding a safe place for the kiddos to trick-or-treat can be a challenge in West Palm Beach, partly because some of the houses are spread out.
Yesteryear Village makes it easy on you with trick-or-treating on select dates from October 16 through 31. Yesteryear Village will be transformed into Spookyville, where children aged 12 and under can have plenty of fun getting yummy treats, making scarecrows, riding fun kiddie rides, and playing games. Spookyville is anything but spooky but instead a place for Halloween-themed fun!
Spooky Snooze Overnights at the Zoo
October 17 and 18 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 am at the Palm Beach Zoo
Children ages 6 and up and their parents are cordially invited to join in the fun at the Spooky Snooze Overnights at the Zoo event. This special Halloween-themed event only happens once per year and space is limited. The event promises to be spook-tacular, with pumpkin painting, animal encounters, a spooky snack, and a nighttime tour. This is perfect for the curious kiddos who want to learn while still having fun.
