Children's Museum of the Treasure CoastFor children, play isn’t all about fun. It’s about engaging with new thoughts and ideas and learning by doing.

Are you looking for a place where your child can learn with their hands as much as with their eyes and ears? The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast is an interactive hub for all things youth education.

Learning Made Fun on the Treasure Coast

Kids are like sponges. They soak up all that they see and hear, emulating whatever those around them are doing. Regardless, in order for them to truly learn and retain new information, hands-on experience is necessary.

The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast is all about exploration. Through numerous exhibits, activities, and play areas, children as young as toddlers can learn with their hands. Some of our favorite exhibits include:

  • The Town Wellness Center: Good health habits start young. This particular exhibit teaches children about the needs of their bodies and how they can best tend to them.
  • Children's Museum of the Treasure CoastThe Town Market: This mock shopping center, complete with registers and a recycling center, teaches children about healthy foods, commerce, and eco-friendly habits.
  • The Vet Clinic: Taking on the role of veterinarian, children learn all about their four-legged friends and how to care for them.

Children’s Camps for Every Season

In addition to daily exhibits, the museum offers special camps for children during every season. These day-camps run for several weeks and provide outlets of learning and fun for children ages 5–12.

With focused curriculums and activities daily, these camps help kids to stay social and keep learning even when school is out. Feel free to register your child on the Children’s Museum website today!

Take Your Playdates to the Next Level

Kids these days have plenty of devices and toys at their disposal. However, if you want to maximize the value of their playtime, allow The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast to teach them a thing or two.

Connect with the museum on Facebook today to see what special events they have planned!
