The Best Food Trucks in West Palm Beach

November 2nd, 2016 by

West Palm Beach is known for many things, and you may not immediately put food trucks at the top of that list. But after checking out our list of the best food trucks in West Palm Beach you may be changing your mind. Seriously, check it out and support local businesses by stopping by at one of these food trucks the next time you’re around.

Crazydilla

BuzzFeed named Crazydilla one of the top street food destinations worth traveling for, and we’re definitely not going to disagree. This local food truck is one of our favorites simply because they are super fun. Offering up your favorite sandwiches as a quesadilla, Crazydilla makes it easy to be part of their huge fan base.

Their super fun menu includes some of your favorites like a Cuban, redesigned into a gourmet quesadilla. So you’ll get that delicious roasted Cuban pork, serrano ham, swiss cheese, and pickles with garlic mustard aioli in a quesadilla you’ll be drooling over.

Curbside Gourmet

Named by Wedding Wire with a Couples’ Choice Award in 2016, Curbside Gourmet serves up seasonal streetfood with those traditional flavors you love. The roving restaurant has been serving up delicious food since 2010 and is now a favorite for local events including restaurants and celebrations.

Their classic southern menu includes all of your favorites like buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, as well as others you didn’t think to ask for. Try out their Mojo Pork Tacos that are made with homemade tortillas, pico de gallo, and avocado. They also supplement their regular menu with fresh ingredients made into delicious meals like the fresh catch of the day tacos.

Pizza Girls

After being named an up-an-comer by Palm Beach Illustrated in April 2000, the roving restaurant had many newcomers. But today, the restaurant is a favorite destination for locals and tourists alike in West Palm Beach. With both a standalone restaurant and a food truck for catering and events, Pizza Girls is an excellent option for pizza aficionados.

Their menu includes delicious New York style and gourmet pizza, as well as other pizza shop favorites. We recommend you start with the hot wings and then create your own calzone. Or try out one of the many gourmet pizzas on the menu and treat yourself.

Springs In Roll Out

Specializing in Banh Mi, Spring Rolls, and Summer Rolls, Spring In Roll Out is a local fan favorite. The roving restaurant may only have a select menu, but they are beloved for that menu. Their Facebook page’s comments are basically a testament to how loved they are, and they’re on the top of our list for that very same reason.

Their incredible menu has one of our favorites, and likely you’re new food truck fare in West Palm Beach—the Lemongrass Chicken Summer Roll. Hand rolled rice paper is filled with lettuce, vermicelli noodles, mint, and cucumber, along with the chicken and served with a peanut dripping sauce or traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce.

The Waffle Wagon

Technically in the South doesn’t mean West Palm Beach has your typical Southern culture. But When you grab a plate from The Waffle Wagon, all of that will be quickly forgotten. Featuring fresh from the cart chicken and waffles with a whole lot of soulful southern flavor, these dishes will leave you begging for more.

If you want to know exactly what’s on their menu at any given time, you’ll have to stop by the truck and see what’s on their handwritten menu. Our favorite right now is the Pumpkin Spice Liege Waffle that is covered in vanilla cream, whipped cream, pecans, and Ghirardelli caramel.
