Impressive Thanksgiving Dinner

As one of the most extravagant resort hotels in all of Palm Beach, The Breakers® is well-known for its lavish accommodations and equally impressive parties. With this sense of sophistication in mind, they’re prepping two different (yet equally phenomenal) Thanksgiving dinners this year.

Their first dinner, from 3pm-7pm, will take place in the Ponce de Leon Ballroom. Decked out in upscale harvest décor, this buffet will be serving up traditional turkey, as well as fresh seafood delicacies like caviar and Alaskan king crab legs.

The on-site Flagler Steakhouse will also be serving a prix-fixe three-course menu in a more intimate setting. The whole family is welcome!

Café Boulud | Connect on Facebook

Thanksgiving may not be a French holiday, but those gourmet French chefs still know how to do it up right. At Café Boulud, one of the most sought-after eateries in the area, chefs Daniel Boulud and Rick Mace will be serving a diverse and locally sourced menu for the holiday.

This 3-course menu will be served from 12pm to 9pm. It starts off with an appetizer, say their Sweet Potato Soup, followed by your choice of entrée and dessert. We’d have to recommend Murray’s Farm Turkey and an Upside Down Chocolate Souffle to end the evening.

You’ll definitely be feeling thankful (merci beaucoup!) for this French twist on an American mainstay.

Ta-boo | Connect on Facebook

Legendary Thanksgiving Meal

“Legendary” is a word that’s sometimes applied to Ta-boo, a clear favorite among the gourmands of Palm Beach. It’s not hard to imagine why, seeing as it’s been open since 1941, and has been frequented by the likes of Sinatra, J.F.K., and even the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.

Needless to say, a Ta-boo Thanksgiving will be nothing short of unforgettable. It’s a traditional menu, but with the kind of flavor that will have you wishing you could add some of those sides to your own recipe book.

If their stuffing and Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes weren’t good enough, adding in a bottle from their extensive (and highly aromatic) wine list should seal the deal for you.

Take It Easy This Thanksgiving
