4th of July Fireworks Boynton Beach

On July 3, 1776, John Adams wrote to Abigail Adams that the occasion of the signing of the Declaration of Independence should be celebrated with “Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.”

And on the first commemorative Independence Day on July 4, 1776, fireworks were set off. This tradition spanned the country, from Philadelphia to Boston and beyond, and is now one of our most treasured holiday traditions.
